iTrace — handwriting for kids 2.6.1

We developed iTrace over 5 years ago with the goal of teaching children how to write block and cursive letters and numbers. Our mission, both then and now, is to provide a productive and relaxed early childhood education experience.

During the development of the app, we discovered that children learn best through repetition. In iTrace, each letter is traced 3 times on every level, with a total of 30 levels for each letter. As every child learns at their own pace, the app adjusts the number of levels to cater to each individual student's needs.

iTrace is well-suited for both homeschooling and classroom settings at various levels including Preschool, Pre-K, Kindergarten, and K1-K2.

We designed iTrace with children in mind:

• The app tracks and adjusts to the individual progress of each child to maintain their interest and encourage improvement
• Exercises are replayed multiple times, gradually increasing complexity and difficulty level, creating an engaging learning experience
• Over 600 rewards are given for completed exercises, providing positive reinforcement
• iTrace utilizes context and animation to teach writing by encouraging children to select animated scenes composed of meaningful objects

We created iTrace to support parents and teachers:

• We do not collect personal data, only requiring the student's first name for personalization purposes
